I haven't been able to update in a few days so I thought I would do it real quick. I am laying on the couch of the people I babysit for. The kids were insane tonight. So needless to say, I broke sweat lol.
Ah, I suppose I should let you all in on the newest thing I am trying out for my diet. Yesterday, I went and bought HCG. I am on day one currently. The first two days are "binge" days. Pretty much, I can eat anything and everything that I want. When the two days are up, I start my very low calorie diet (VLCD). This will be highly kept track of. I will also be implementing my exercise routine so that I can lose even more weight. I have heard of people losing 8 lbs in a couple days. I am not sure how it will work out for me, but I will keep track of it!

Oven roasted chicken breast sub with lettuce,spinach, tomato, pickle and little lite mayo.
pasta with alfredo chicken and broccoli.
