Hey guys! I know I have been horrible about updating this! I am trying to make fitness and nutrition fun again. Things have been extremely stressful. However, my mood is getting better all the time. I am doing great in school again. Money isn't quite as tight anymore. So here is my fitness and nutrition tracker!
Exercise:
Played with dogs- .5 hours
Wii Fit Plus- 1.25 hours
Nutrition:
B'fast- granola bar
Lunch/dinner- spinach salad w/ Fat Free Parmesan Italian dressing, corn on the cob w/ light butter and a little salt, baked potato with a little butter sour cream and cheese.
Dessert- Rainbow Serbert and pomegranate seeds
