I really need to work on this commitment thing haha. I am starting up on my weight loss again. Have to go really hard this time. I have a con in about 8 weeks (two months) to get ready for. We all know cosplaying is a little easier when you are thinner. Plus now that I am getting the point where I am having the no neck (double chin) syndrome, I really need to do this for myself. As I am writing this, I am getting things ready to head to the gym for an hour minimum. Once I find out if there is a bike rack at the gym or not, I might bike there also, which will add extra to my weight loss. Back a couple years ago I would ride at least 4 miles a day and I lost twenty lbs quick. This time, I am going to go hard. My goal by Nebraskon is to have lost thirty lbs at least. By February (my next possible convention) I am hoping to be down a total of fifty lbs. By July (Anime Iowa) I want to be down a total of eighty lbs. And finally, by November (Anime Nebraskon) I would like to be down at least one hundred lbs. If I keep at the goal of one hundred lbs in fourteen months, that translates to at least seven lbs a month, and about 2 lbs a week. My ultimate goal weight would be 135-150 lbs. I haven't been that light since probably sixth grade. I know that I can do this. This will take a lot of dedication and hard work. I have to make healthier choices for myself in regards to food choice and life balance. If I got to my goal weight by next November, I will seriously cry/have to reward myself greatly. I think by having these goal dates/cons I will be able to better manage my weight loss. I realize that there are often plateaus in weight loss. One hundred lbs in a year would be remarkable, but I would love to have that freer feeling again. I feel like this weight I am carrying around is a reflection of all the crap I have had to deal with. My stress has negatively impacted me. I need to take control.
From now on, I will try to update this blog once a week. I will keep a personal food log and exercise log to keep track of my progress. I will also do weight loss updates on my youtube channel. The big thing is that I need your support. Don't go easy on me either. Needing some tough love with this.

HCG Start
I haven't been able to update in a few days so I thought I would do it real quick. I am laying on the couch of the people I babysit for. The kids were insane tonight. So needless to say, I broke sweat lol.
Ah, I suppose I should let you all in on the newest thing I am trying out for my diet. Yesterday, I went and bought HCG. I am on day one currently. The first two days are "binge" days. Pretty much, I can eat anything and everything that I want. When the two days are up, I start my very low calorie diet (VLCD). This will be highly kept track of. I will also be implementing my exercise routine so that I can lose even more weight. I have heard of people losing 8 lbs in a couple days. I am not sure how it will work out for me, but I will keep track of it!

Nutrition Log-
Oven roasted chicken breast sub with lettuce,spinach, tomato, pickle and little lite mayo.
pasta with alfredo chicken and broccoli.

Day two
Well hello blog. I am at day two of working out. I feel quite accomplished =] I managed to fit in 1.5 hours of working out despite putting in 8.5 hours in at work. Plus I had homework to get done for classes. I am going to take a long relaxing bath now with bubbles and everything. =]

Rebooting!
Hey guys! I know I have been horrible about updating this! I am trying to make fitness and nutrition fun again. Things have been extremely stressful. However, my mood is getting better all the time. I am doing great in school again. Money isn't quite as tight anymore. So here is my fitness and nutrition tracker!
Exercise:

Restarting--Day One Sept 30th
Hey those of you who check this out! I am so sorry for the inactivity! But I am going to get this going again! I am trying weight watchers on my own. It should be pretty good, but I will let you know how it goes. Now I will be putting up my intake and it's *estimated* point value.
POINT LIMIT: 31
Intake:
1 Smart ones Enchiladas Suizas 9 pts
1 Smart ones Ravioli Florentine 5 pts
2 String Cheese 4 pts
3 Fruit Snacks 4 pts
1/2 Glass of Crystal Light 4 pts
TOTAL INTAKE: 26 pts

My general plan for meals that I hope to stick to is as follows:
Breakfast-
Apple
Yogurt (if hungry)
Snack-
string cheese or a fruit snack
Lunch-
Mixed Berries
Smart ones meal
Snack-
Some type of fruit
Dinner-
Smart ones meal
My budget for two weeks of food is $60 in groceries. However, I do anticipate more or less depending. Smart ones usually cost $2-$3 each. That means a weeks worth would be between $28 and $32. However, I will be also interchanging smart ones and lean michaelena's. They have about the same pt value as smart ones, but only cost $1 each usually or perhaps $1.25. By getting both to make up my fourteen meals, I will be setting myself at $20-$22 depending.
I will be starting to take walks soon too. Instead of driving myself to the store I will walk. My weight will be taken each week on Sundays, other than today, of course. My weight today is 267 lbs. My overall goal is to weigh around 155 in one year. This will take significant changes in my diet and exercise. I will try to stay on weight watchers and exercise for 30 minutes twice daily. Videos will be put up on youtube every sunday *hopefully* to show me weighing myself and the change in my body.

OH!! so I weighed myself yesterday. I have lost ten lbs in four days. Plus that was on a full stomach. Yeah. Though it is not good to lose that quickly, I am happy the diet is working so well! My jeans are already looser. This amazing progress just makes me more determined to keep on target!
